A recommendation....
This Week in Law just aired an episode (#232) where they discuss various legal aspects of self-publishing and some of the options and dangers facing aspiring scribes of the digital age. I found it quite interesting though obviously a bit US centric.
On the same channel the show Know How (episode #65) deals with tracking devices. Not really related to writing, but since many stories about cheating spouses feature various electronic spy-stuff it might be of interest to some.
