Do you ever catch yourself watching a show that you don't really care for just so you can gawk at 'that' girl?

Some shows I will watch (parts of) and (on occasion) just to see her:

Crossing Jordan: Love it when beautiful Jill Hennessey has on that dirty white tank top.
Sex in the City: Is there anyone cuter than Kristin Davis? Sometimes I'll even pay attention to the storyline. Thanks TBS.
Dawson's Creek: Okay, maybe Katie is cuter. lame show though.
VH1 top 20 countdown: Rachel Perry's slutty factor is just too hot to ignore.
Grease: Well the end of it anyway. Olivia in that black cat suit? Never get tired of that part.
Nick's U-PICK LIVE: With kids home this is always on...and I'll always manage to pop in the room when hot young (but very legal) host Candace is on between Sponge Bobs
G4TV.COM: Another channel always on in the background. Tina is yummy
Boston Public: Don't even know her name.
and so much more...

I watch very little TV, but Kate on Lost and all of the women on West Wing (especially the First Lady) certainly enhance my viewing experience. But those are both great shows, so the babe factor is not the reason I watch.
I did watch Angel primarily to gaze in loving adoration at Charisma Carpenter, but the show grew on me. It was the same with the soap opera Santa Barbara.
The sexiest woman on TV today?
