I could be wrong, but I am under the impression that it is no longer possible. Those who do have .gif for AVs had them for a long while, before this change was implemented.

But in any case you could still try. There are a lot of gif creators out there that allow you to stitch multiple pictures together to create an animation. After which you could try to upload them as your AV
