Islamist != Islam

She's talking about theocracy. And the majority of Islamists do support jihad terrorism and obviously religious rule over government. I have no issue with her tweet and agree with her.

I especially appreciate how she does not conflate the entire religion, but instead speaks of the sects that support terrorism around the world against non-believers.

Would you have closed the borders and checked American citizens papers at every border crossing? President Clinton had the best chance to kill Bin Laden and passed. It’s unlikely killing Bin Laden would have changed anything but you keep pointing fingers left and right.

Those Agencies were too arrogant to talk to each other then. Things have changed. Believe me I wish things were different. Worst week of my life. But I have watched every damn documentary across all channels especially now with the 20 year anniversary and I really don’t see how it could have been prevented unless they learned from 93 the towers were a target. They didn’t. The blame goes on and on. No fandom here for either president even though I liked and respected both very much but hindsight being what it is.. I just don’t know. No one does. Who could fathom such a thing!

Yeah I recall the outcry from the locals in Genoa about fences through yards and anti aircraft batteries being installed due to concern of terror attacks but I don’t recall anything about the worry over using airplanes for such attacks. Not saying you’re wrong but perhaps I didn’t get the memo.

Please note I’m not defending as it’s fairly obvious from the tone of this forum in general the deep hatred for all things red and blue from either or, but I never saw such info.
