Trying to find an old (1996-1997?) story about incest between mothers and sons

Hi, I read this story on the web back in 1996-1997. It was about a town where most teenaged sons were sleeping with their moms. I forgot the title and cannot seem to locate the website. Does anyone has any idea where I could find it?

You're going to have to come up with more information than that, I'd say. Do you remember the names of any characters? Anything interesting they did sexually? Name of the town? Was a mayor involved? Police? Any sort of sports, buildings? School teachers?

I remember something more

The story also had some (female?) reporter from a newspaper or magazine, who wants to publish an article about what is going on in the town's households - that is incest between several mothers and sons. She tells it to her boss and also shows some pics. The boss, in turn, has an affair with his sister or mother or both. I am not sure though that the boss has this affair after he hears of this report or before.

If this is still not enough, I might try and remember more. Your tips and questions have been helpful though. Many thanks. May be you could probe my mind with some more questions?
