Trying to find a story

There was a story I read in Chyoo (I think). It had a decent number of threads and branches to it, but it was basically a story about a brother and sister who crewed their own space ship, but ended up getting involved with some other characters as well. For some reason, I can't find the story any more.. Does anyone remember the one I am looking for, or whether it still exists?

I realized that my original description was a little vague, as it sounds like the very popular story In Space, No One Can Hear You Breed (which I love, by the way). They were just on a small spaceship, possibly hauling cargo or something like that. This was a completely different story though. I think at one point they take on a passenger or get boarded by someone, which again is very vague, but I can't remember specific details, and it's been many months since I read it last.
