Trying to find a story that I read a year or more ago

So over the past 2 days, I've been doing all sorts of searches through the Incest/Taboo section, trying to find a story that I read a long time ago. This story dealt with a brother and a sister (maybe twins?) who went to college together, and got an apartment together. They began boffing, and eventually one of her friends found out about it. Eventually, towards the end of the story, they (the siblings plus 3 or more other ladies who had fallen in love with the brother) moved into a fixer-upper house, against the wishes of the parents of everyone involved.

If anyone recognizes this, I would be most appreciative of a link to it, or the name of the author, or anything.
