I read this quite a while ago. Maybe y'all can help me find it again. Pretty certain it was on this site.
I think it started with a girl getting helped by a guy who ends up having superpowers. Super strength and speed from what I recall. Guy ends up stalking her, and I remember when she went to her best friend the guy ended up banging the best friend while the MC was there.
Now things start getting odd. This guy is one of multiple duplicates, all trying to find and off each other to absorb each other to get stronger.
Then there was a weird ending twist. The MC was actually a female version of a duplicate and when the last male duplicate bangs her, he gets absorbed.
