Trying to find a story: Office Whore?

I remember reading this story -years- ago on the Internet, but I can't for the life me remember the name of it!

In it, a member of an Office (I can not remember what her position was) gets forced (blackmailed, maybe?) into being the office whore. In another chapter of the story she tries to tell one of her female friends about it to stop the blackmailing, but they both get kidnapped and are forced to fight each other on a bed, with the only way to win is for one of them to entirely shove a dildo up the others' ass, with the loser being (I think?) sold into slavery for an middle-eastern Sheik.

Interesting read, but not quite the right story! This was one of my favorite reads, and I wish I had saved it to find it again.
