Trying to find a story I read before

The story was about mind reading and mind control, the main character could hear other people's thoughts. I vaguely remember the main character's name being Kristen, Katie, or Kristie.

I remember there are two chapters to the story. The first chapter was her being in a car accident and discovering her powers. She begins by hearing her father's thoughts, then she went on to a sleep over and had lesbian sex with everyone there, i remember a dildo was involved.

Second chapter was her in her female doctor's office then developing her abilities more.

I have been trying to find this story for quite a few years now, the last time I read it was maybe 2 or 3 years ago (probably much longer). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
