Trying to find a story I loved

I read it on Literotica a few months back, it featured a 19-ish Punk girl and an older guy, they see each other at a convenience store, but nothing happens until the girl heads home and sees the guy following her. Turns out they live in the same apartment building. They start talking, etc etc, lots of sex, happy ending.
Any help is appreciated.

I'm also trying to find a story i loved. It's a few years old though and I'm not 100% it was on this site. If anyone knows it that would be great.

The basic story: A girl (16-18 year old) is sunbathing by a pool. Her brother unties her bikini and pretends to fall so she jumps up so his friends can see her tits.
From there his friends make her do stuff and film it.
Since her brother has no-one to do they make his sister call a friend over so he can get some.

The story goes on from there the brother gets free cable by getting the girls to do the cable guy. The sisters boyfriend finds out, gets turned on etc.

I'd love to read it again please help.
