Trying to find a gadget..

OK, so our friend is somewhat improved, he can now focus his eyes sometimes and move his left hand... so here's the thing.

We want to get him a gadget that we could record a few useful phrases onto which he could then play at will (eg- 'get the nurse' or 'ha bloody ha - wait till get outta here and I will kick your arse') allowing him to communicate more easily... does anyone know of a gadget (not too expensive) that would allow us to record up to about 10 short phrases???

Kinda like Mr T in your pocket only with the option to have your own words instead of Mr. T's

Those are the sorts of things I mean, yes... now to find somewhere in the Uk that sells them...
