Trying to contact Volunteer Editors

When I try and send one a message I get the following:

JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

Any idea why?

Try sending a PM directly to Manu with the same question.

He sometimes answers queries in this Tech Forum, but two approaches doubles your chances.

It might be quicker to start a thread in the Editor's Forum, seeking an editor, if you haven't done that already (which I vaguely think you have).
