I want him to explain retirement accounts and how drawing from and depleting said accounts over the course of expected remaining lifespan isn't "going broke."

Or banking where having cash on hand in amounts less than all funds deposited isn't "insolvent."

Let's not even get into securities trading where people can sell shares of stock they don't own but aren't committing fraud.
