Trump's orange make up did not melt under hot camera lights of international attention. But, his thin disguise melted under the scrutiny of the world.
Trump stood on the world stage and lied. Trump made a gaffe before the world. Trump could have stepped up and represented the United States. He used opportunity to make another episode of the Donald Trump show.
Trump left his wild gestures, his exaggerated facial expressions, and his awful, racist phrases at home.
He managed to use his indoor voice to read from the teleprompter.Trump used his visit with Chancellor Merkel to make another Trump show infomercial for his base in America.Why else, would he make inane, false statements in front of a sophisticated, informed, European audience, as if they were as oblivious to the truth as his American fan club, is ?
Trump make look great on TV, but his mask is slipping in front of his fans.He does not intend to be their President for another term. The campaign rallies are to gather money and propaganda footage.Trump is done with them. It is truly sad, because the people that show up for Trump rallies believe in him.Trump does not need them, anymore. They have become "those people," to Trump. The people that he has contempt for, and that he finds exasperating, because they do not "get it."His true friends are billionaires. He let reporters hear him say it.He has let his indifference toward their fates be recorded.Trump was confronted on the harm the budget would do to his poorest supporters. All he had to say was "I know." When the reporter nailed Trump about how his latest message telegraphed by the items in the Trump budget, were inconsistent about the messages he has been selling to his most economically disadvantaged supporters, Trump said,"Everything is inconsistent."
Trump has voiced statements and speeches that were incoherent, inconsistent,and incomprehensible. Now, it is Trump's fans
Security deliberately keeps Trump fans out in the cold?
Why?Because Trump wanted to point to the overflow crowd outside of the venue.Video proof of his popularity. Which is a lie. There were hundreds of emtpy seats, and mostly empty bleachers. He had true and loyal supporters waiting out in the cold.
Some supporters who were waiting in line for more than 12 hours in the bitter cold
(If they were so close to the front of the line, why did they only get to hear Trump's last remarks ?)

After more than six hours of waiting, when the Elfrinks could finally see the doors of Municipal Auditorium, they were told Trump had already wrapped up his speech.
"To wait that long in 30-degree weather, our son just left crying so hard," Jennifer Elfrink said in a phone interview Thursday afternoon.
"I’ve never seen my son actually break down and cry like that. But we were so cold."
(They brought their 14- and 11-year-old sons,so they could watch the president.)

The line to get in was a mile long, because security was not letting people in.People were dressed for winter.The Region had a freeze blast.
"Expect a hard freeze: as many as 10-12 hours of subfreezing temperatures between 10 PM Wednesday to 8 AM Thursday. (The record low temperature Thursday is 20 degrees set in 1911, but we probably won’t make it there)."

Half an hour before President Donald Trump was set to speak at his Nashville rally at Municipal Auditorium, the second tier of the stadium was all but empty.
Doors for the rally opened at 3:30 p.m. and the earliest supporters lined up outside the auditorium around 2:30 a.ms of 6 p.m., people were still filtering in and the line to the door stretched back several blocks. Some fans left disheartened because they ended up standing in lines for hours that ultimately led nowhere.The the Trump campaign only had the auditorium booked through 9.
Municipal Auditorium has a capacity of nearly 10,000.Why did Trump.leave his fans freezing in the cold ?

Attendees were "cold and frustrated I'm sure with the process, as I'm sure I would have been," he said. "It was just slow coming in. I dislike that it was happening that way but I understand the safety procedures of the process."
TSA regional spokesman Mark Howell confirmed the agency "supported" the security at the event, but laid any blame for the slow going elsewhere.
"We sent over a handful folks but it was really a Secret Service thing. We were assisting but it was their show," Howell said.

Health care and school choice were supposed to be central themes of Trump’s Nashville speech, but no core message emerged on either topic.He didn’t bring up health care until nearly 30 minutes into his remarks.(Or, was he thirty minutes late ?Everyone in the cabinet and Trump administration is a liar. You would have better luck getting a straight line out of a coiled spring.)
