We also just filed a temporary restraining order against @USPS. Their postcards
containing wrong election info have been sitting in a warehouse in Denver, and
they refuse to not send them. So we’re asking a judge to stop them!

De Joy's postcard said fifteen (15) days

knowing damn well by the time you received it and sent it back it would be too late since he scrapped the automated sorting machines.

Lol.

Some stupid judge just ordered the USPS to not deliver the mail and you think that's a good thing.

"Bodysong," I suspect the tones, melody, sounds, or harmonies released, depend on which end of the bodily instrument it emerges from, no?:D;)

They can still deliver the mail, stupid. They cant send out false information on behalf of the corrupt regime occupying the White House. Why must you lie so much?

I like how you included both the word three and the numeral for the benefit of Democrats with poor reading skills.

Well, they weren't able to read the post card sooooooooooooooo.

Quick test;

What do the very first two lines of the check list say?

So, basically you're saying that the USPS can only deliver the mail that the judge/complaining party agree with?

That has to be THE most stupid thing you've said yet in all your bannings so far.

No, dummy. They cant spread misinformation about the election. It's the law in the US, being an internet lawyer I would have assumed that you knew that. I guess you really are as stupid as you sound.

ANYONE can mail something and the USPS BY LAW has to deliver it unless it's contraband. That "ANYONE" includes the government. The USPS is also not responsible for the contents of the items being delivered.

Thus, the injunction requires the USPS to violate their charter and obligations under the law. The correct method, that the court failed to use, would have been to temporarily enjoin the government from printing or creating the items to be mailed.

So, oops on the judge issuing injunction. Double oops on you for being a fuckwit who didn't see that either.

As an extension of the issue; I'm wondering if someone offered to buy the enjoined items and pay the postage on them, if that would get around the injunction since it wouldn't be the government mailing them.

HisDumpy doesn't get the part that the USPS is CREATING this piece of mail. It is a piece of propaganda initiated in-house. They aren't concerning themselves with what some one else is mailing. It is not being sent by a PAC, campaign, candidate, other Government agency or company

Nor does he/she get that the piece of mail in question is deliberately politically motivated and slanted by one of Donny's hand picked lackeys.

It's shit like this that blows your whole fake lawyer schtick. A lawyer would understand what they are arguing about, you clearly don't. Call your nurse and ask her to up your meds, chump.

he constantly argues judges and other lawyers are wrong, using the most inane arguments to convince anyone (who'll give him the time of day) that he knows more about the law than any judge (unless that judge is in agreement with his crap); still, given he also calls most the experts on covid wrong, he clearly thinks he knows more about the virus than people who've worked their lives in the profession.

hmmn, remind you of trump at all? he's like a trump-but-with-a-greater-vocabulary

I like how you continually shitpost in threads about voting when you didn't even bother to vote in the last election cycle.

Oh I get it. Read what I posted earlier about how the injunction should have been directed at stopping them from printing it rather than preventing them from fulfilling their mission of delivering mail.

It's not that difficult. Unless you're one of the GB idjits.

Hay, multi-banned one; how about posting a few FACTS rather than ad hom. Eh?

Amazing how someone YOU SAY that you have on iggy (namely me) is still someone you feel it necessary to rag on constantly.
