If there is one thing that Der Pumpkinhead Führer understands, it's "bad optics".

He realized this past weekend that cutting USAID aid off to HIV patients in Africa was causing worldwide scorn, and worst of all "bad optics".

So he personally directed Secretary of State Marco Rubio to release allocated HIV funds from the USAID bank account (and ONLY those funds) then patted himself on the back for his compassion towards #ThosePeople.

One problem, though: Elon Musk has overridden the Leader of the Free World Mango Mussolini.

His "Musk rat" whiz kids are in the process of building a system that can release allocated funds one budget line item at a time, but as you know this takes time and effort to scope out, design, code and test.....it might take weeks....maybe months....before this system is ready. (It was relatively easy to "turn off the funding spigot" at the top, just disable the entire fund transfer program.

No funds will be released until Musk Himself signs off on the completed specs, design and program.

So HIV folks in Africa continue to sicken and die whilst the Musk Rats dither over technology.

Meanwhile, for all his bluster and bravado, der Pumpkinhead Führer continues to look weaker with each passing day.

And these are the "best and the brightest"?
