The comments by Trump came a day after Sheinbaum confirmed that Trump pressed her in a call last month to accept a bigger role for the U.S. military in combating drug cartels in Mexico.

There is substantial difference between alcohol and hard narcotics. The addicts in jail are poisoning victims. We can't afford mass incarceration as healthcare. The people who poison us in huge quantities should be prosecuted as mass murderers and terrorists, with sentences of swift execution. This includes some pharmaceutical corporations.
