You heard me right. No more excuses for shipping jobs overseas.

So ....... now where does Trump come up with funding for the military, Mexico Fence construction, big brass knockers on the White House, etc?

A futile exercise in theoretics?

Or does the GeeBee Brain Trust actually have credible methods to fund the Fed without leeching the wallets of America's entrepeneurs?

Corporations do not pay taxes, they collect them.

By this simple mechanism, the Federal Government hides from the taxpayer the real cost of maintaining the elite ruling class...

That's waaaaay too much information for him to understand. His head just exploded into itty bitty pieces.

Thank you for offering nothing substantial to the discussion.

I don't want to hear any Negative Nancy nanzie panzie jackbooted thug complaints that this can't be done.

Of course. I understand you don't want to hear things that destroy your childish narrative. Cover your ears, close your eyes, and hum. Maybe that will open your mind.

We tried to explain it in the other thread, but he wants to engage in the politics of envy more than he wishes to understand Economics. It was when we tried to point out to him his economic fallacies that he got very pissy indeed, and as we can see, he is leading with pissy...

Clearly what he desired with this thread was for a Liberal jerk-off session where the majority of replies bashed Corporations and Republicans.

Clearly you have no credible ideas to put on the discussion table.

As usual the OP has missed some somewhat important details.

Depending on which source you go to there is somewhere between $1.4 to $2.1 TRILLION, that's right, TRILLION dollars in profits held offshore by US corporations. These are monies that they have already paid taxes on in the various nations in which they operate. But if they bring those dollars back home they will be subjected to another 35% US corporate tax. A tax structure that is even more onerous than the "Death Tax."

So the proposal is to allow those corporations to bring that after tax money back home either tax free or at a seriously reduced tax rate.

Seems to me that those trillions would generate one hell of a lot of domestic economic activity.

And to answer the unasked question, "Why was that tax law passed to begin with?" It was a purposeful act on the part of the globalists to force US corporations to build up foreign nations to compete with us. Level the playing field so to speak. Kinda like GM subsidizing Ford. Brilliant, just fucking brilliant.

That will start any minute.

* waves magic wand*

POOF!

Corporate Tax is gone.

Now, back to the topic of funding the Military and such without burdening busineses.

Every time you make a purchase from a corporation, you are paying its taxes.

If the corporation pays less taxes, the price of its goods and services is held in check or goes down.

This creates a business upside which creates jobs, which create income which then generate increased income tax receipts.

I find the income tax to be onerous and punitive to the individual citizen as well as the corporation, and if you had paid attention to what Botany posted about the hoops he jumps through, then you might appreciate the hoops corporations have to jump through thanks to the massive complexity of the tax code and understand the price effect it has on everything you purchase in addition to the tax collection. This is why I advocate for the FairTax.org. The elimination of all income taxes in favor of a national sales tax.

The other thing is, all people resist paying taxes.

Pols know they cant get more than half what people earn, more aint gonna happen, because people stop working or spending or paying what turns into taxes. Pols strive to get more but always fail.

You're in over your head on every discussion more complex than a box of crayons and you call somebody else uninformed?

Do you think it's a secret the way the rich in government move money to suit their business interests?

Yeah, now stfu, dumb-dumb.

What in the hell are you talking about?

You just proved my point. Keep flapping those lips.
