Major news networks announced that they would be
hiring and using fact check outlets, this past week.

The volume of dis-information, half-truths, false
statements, fictional quotes, has become too much
of a burden to be handled in-house.

CNN hired Daniel Dale, after his stint of tracking
Trump lies for a Canadian newspaper.

It leaves me to speculate on how much Trump
lies to his staff, aides, and cabinet. (and everyone
around him, at all times.)

If Trump is periodically obssessing about
using polygraphs on the people that serve
his office, does that not reflect back the
image of how much he deliberately "leaks"
to the media and press, himself ? The number
of factions existing inside the Trump machine,
are far less than there were at the beginning,
It was revealed how much is hidden from Trump,
to disable potentially disasterous actions that he
could possibly into motion.

After a week of hearing that the Trump machine was openly
speaking the name of the whistleblower.

More of Trump's minions, snatching the name of the whistleblower back,
and scuttling back into their dark spider-holes, as if they had never said
it out loud, or written it down for all the reading public to see.

Of course, they dare.

The old saying, "One might as well be hanged for a sheep as for a lamb,"
applies to Trump. He is the ringleader, and he dares...
only so far. For the rest, there are minions, operatives,
and servants that sacrifice themselves.

Trump wants whistleblower named despite 'physical danger'

US President Donald Trump has called for the whistleblower
who triggered the impeachment inquiry to be unmasked,
ignoring a cease-and-desist warning.

On Thursday a lawyer for a whistleblower told the White House
that Mr Trump's rhetoric was placing his client and family in
physical danger.

Undeterred by the letter, Mr Trump renewed his attacks on the
whistleblower and lawyer on Friday.

The individual's identity has so far been fiercely guarded by Democrats.

In August the whistleblower filed a report that eventually triggered
impeachment proceeding against Mr Trump.

In Thursday's letter, sent to White House counsel Pat Cipollone, the
whistleblower's lawyer Andrew Bakaj cites many examples of the
president's "fixation" on the identity of his client in his comments
to the media, at rallies and on Twitter.

"Such statements seek to intimidate my client - and they have,"
Mr Bakaj writes.

He continued: "Should any harm befall any suspected named whistleblower
or their family, the blame will rest squarely with your client."

the name of the whistleblower, whose complaint about Trump’s call with
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been largely confirmed by
diplomats and others with firsthand knowledge as well as by a reconstructed
transcript released by the White House. The whistleblower’s name has been
kept confidential by U.S. officials, in line with federal law designed to
prevent retaliation.

But the supposed name of the whistleblower has been circulating in
conservative corners of social media since at least Oct. 3, culminating
in Trump Jr.’s Wednesday morning retweet of an (arsehole's) News article
that named an individual. During one 24-hour period last week, the CIA
officer’s name was mentioned in more than 150,000 tweets.

The same officer has also been the subject of an advertising campaign
on Facebook, financed by, among others, a North Carolina businessman
whose Facebook page is aimed at Christian users. The ads, in which the
supposed name of the whistleblower appeared, were viewed ...
several hundred thousand times before Facebook removed them
Wednesday in response to a query from The Post.

Facebook is confronting criticism after the spread of ads
on its platform that included the alleged name of the
whistleblower at the center of the House impeachment
inquiry.

The company took down ads by several conservative groups
who responded to President Trump's calls to unmask the
whistleblower by using Facebook's ad tools to boost posts
with the official's alleged identity, according to The Post's
Isaac Stanley-Becker and Craig Timberg.
