Rep. Richard Hanna becomes first GOP congressman to dump ‘deeply flawed’ Trump and back Clinton

In a scathing commentary piece published on Syracuse.com, a New York Republican congressman announced that he will be voting for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in November, saying GOP nominee Donald Trump is “unfit to serve our party and cannot lead this country.”

With his announcement, Rep. Richard Hanna, a three-term congressman serving New York’s 22nd District, becomes the first GOP member of Congress to turn his back on his own party’s choice and publicly state that he will vote for the opposing party’s nominee.

"What an asshole", is what he actually wanted to say. :)

RNC director of digital media jumps ship just 100 days before the election

If you’re a political party that’s losing key officials with just 100 days to go before a presidential election, what does that say about your prospects?

Per Politico, the Republican National Committee has lost its director of film and digital media to a political ad agency, despite the fact that there will be a presidential election in a little more than three months.

Matthew Mazzone, who worked at the RNC for the past four years, has officially joined Poolhouse, a company that describes itself as “a leading political advertising agency and media consulting firm building ad campaigns for political campaigns, Fortune 500 companies and issue advocacy associations.”

Will the last Republican to leave, please turn out the lights?

how can anyone support the corrupt clinton? oh wait, the obama slaves can and will as long as she keeps the welfare party going

I'm not sure it really says anything because someone took a job with a private firm.
Exactly. The guy who ran the Jumbotron at the convention now gets busy making agitprop videos for the swing state markets.

Republicans think Trump might quit — so they’re scrambling to find a replacement: ABC News

Republican officials are so angry at Donald Trump and his imploding campaign that they’re considering replacing him at the top of the ticket just two weeks after nominating him.

The GOP nominee angered party officials by refusing to endorse House Speaker Paul Ryan and Sen. John McCain in their primary races, repeatedly insulting a Gold Star family, joking about receiving a Purple Heart and removing a noisy baby from a campaign rally — all in about four hours Tuesday afternoon.

Jon Karl, the chief White House correspondent for ABC News, reported Wednesday morning that Republican officials were scrambling to plan for the possibility that Trump might suddenly quit the presidential race.

I really thought that by now, Trump would have cut the crap and started acting like someone who possibly could be President. It makes you wonder how someone with his demeanor could have any success whatsoever in the business world. But, then again, most of the mega rich people I've known were assholes. I now believe that there is a fifty/fifty chance he will drop out of the race. He seems so petty and vindictive. A small man. Stressed.

The RNC has awarded Trump with their nomination. They are now funding his campaign. He has no incentive any more to change his style.

GOP strategist calls Trump ‘a loudmouthed dick’ during live CNN interview

On Wednesday it was Republican strategist Liz Mair, an outspoken critic of the party’s presidential nominee, voicing her displeasure with Trump during an interview with Anderson Cooper.

“His message is being a loudmouthed dick, basically,” she said. “And going out there and offending people and then engaging in an airing of grievances. That’s what he does. He doesn’t have another message.”

Michael Moore just dropped a massive bombshell: Trump is self-sabotaging his campaign

Moore said. “Simply put, he wanted more money. He had floated the idea before of possibly running for president in the hopes that the attention from that would make his negotiating position stronger.”

Trump let it be known in the industry that he was thinking about moving the Apprentice franchise to another network, then launched a campaign for president that was never meant to succeed.

“So, on June 16th of last year, he rode down his golden escalator and opened his mouth. With no campaign staff, no 50-state campaign infrastructure — neither of which he needed because, remember, this wasn’t going to be a real campaign — and with no prepared script, he went off the rails at his kick-off press conference, calling Mexicans ‘rapists’ and ‘drug dealers’ and pledging to build a wall to keep them all out. Jaws in the room were agape. His comments were so offensive, NBC, far from offering him a bigger paycheck, immediately fired him with this terse statement: ‘Due to the recent derogatory statements by Donald Trump regarding immigrants, NBCUniversal is ending its business relationship with Mr. Trump.'”

So MM said it was a ploy to pump up his marketability for TV and now Trump is fucked, he doesn't want to really be President and if he looses bigly he can get financing from the Clinton Foundation maybe?

Republicans Rocked By Revelation That Trump Supporters Aren’t Registered And Don’t Vote

Donald Trump touts the size of the crowds at his rallies as proof of his campaign’s success, but some of the people attending Trump’s rallies aren’t registered and don’t intend to vote in November.

A common talking point of the Trump campaign is that the size of their rally crowds will translate into votes.

However, The New York Times reported that some Trump supporters aren’t planning on voting:
Mr. Trump has pointed to the usually large numbers of people at his rallies, and their evident enthusiasm, as signs of strong support that will translate into energetic early voters. But during the Republican primaries, some Trump admirers at his rallies admitted they were not registered and had no plans to vote, and Trump advisers say that their voter registration efforts have been relatively modest.

Mrs. Clinton, by contrast, urges people at her rallies to register to vote, pointing them to clipboard-carrying volunteers who have forms to dispense and details about when, where and how to cast ballots.

It is a matter of organization. Hillary Clinton’s events always include voter registration efforts. Clinton events have been known to have booths outside and inside the venue to register voters. As The Times pointed out, the Democratic nominee has a team of volunteers at her rallies ready to register voters.

I still think that Trump is a Clinton plant to make Hillary look like the Lesser Evil!

I still think that Trump is a Clinton plant to make Hillary look like the Lesser Evil!

This has been one of my major complaints about the Trump movement.

Once in a while I entertain the thought that Hillary and her donor conspired, then I tell myself that sounds like one of Trump's internet conspiracy theories. Besides, Trump has way too much of an ego to lose.

Then I remember that L. Ron Hubbard founded a religion simply to win a bet.

All I really know is that I don't trust ClinTrump.
