Trump Keeps On Winning

But... but... Trump's been "losing" every lawsuit brought against him...

Or so sayeth the Progressive Democrats.

Nearly 4 billion more dollars to pay for trumps campaign promise.

And you idiots rejoice.

You really are the dumbest people on the planet. Especially you two.

The left is always trying to accomplish by judicial fiat what they cannot achieve through the legislative process. While the Democrats labor to impeach the President unconstitutionally, he plays judicial chess and is on the verge of flipping his third Federal court district. I think he's within two or three appointments of flipping the majority on the 9th Circuit, the very heart of left wing judicial activism.

Only morons believe impeachment is unconstitutional.

Only morons believe impeachment is unconstitutional.

I don't believe impeachment is unconstitutional. I believe this particular impeachment is unconstitutional for all the reasons I already laid out some weeks ago.

The extreme irony inherent in the above allegation thrown out by an actual "moron" in support of other morons, isn't lost on the rest of us.

And no constitutional lawyer agrees with you.

You are so ignorant::rolleyes:

Alan Dershowitz:

"It has been said that cross-examination, properly conducted, is the greatest engine for testing truth. Without cross-examination, witnesses simply express their rehearsed views without having them challenged by adversarial questions.

Had the Democratic experts been effectively cross-examined, they would have had to justify their contention that the governing criteria for impeachment include abuse of office, corruption, violation of public trust, maladministration, bad conduct, placing partisan interests above national ones, and other vague, open-ended criteria of the kind the framers explicitly rejected.

None of the criteria advocated by the experts appear in the text of the Constitution, which limits the grounds for impeachment to “treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

These are the necessary but not sufficient conditions for removing a president. In addition to committing one or more of these designated offenses, the person to be removed must have violated the public trust or abused his office. These criteria are in addition to those explicitly set out in the Constitution. They are not substitutes for the constitutional prerequisites for impeachment and removal."

Former Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz wrote on Thursday that he thinks it's "difficult to imagine anything more unconstitutional" than House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., withholding the articles of impeachment against President Trump from a Senate trial.

Dershowitz's comments came in response to Laurence Tribe, another Harvard Law Professor who called for Democrats to delay sending the articles to the Senate -- something Pelosi has already indicated she's willing to do.

"[Tribe] would withhold the trial until the Senate agreed to change its rules, or presumably until a new election put many more Democrats in the Senate. Under his proposal, there might never be a Senate trial, but the impeachment would stand as a final and permanent condemnation of President Trump," Dershowitz wrote in a Newsmax op-ed.

"It is difficult to imagine anything more unconstitutional, more violative of the intention of the Framers, more of a denial of basic due process and civil liberties, more unfair to the president and more likely to increase the current divisiveness among the American people. Put bluntly, it is hard to imagine a worse idea put forward by good people,"

Mark Levin Explains Why Pelosi Withholding Impeachment Articles Is Unconstitutional And Disastrous For Dems
By James Barrett
DailyWire.com

“Nancy Pelosi was apparently advised by leftwing Harvard law professor Lawrence Tribe to delay sending the impeachment to the Senate. So she’s unilaterally sitting on the impeachment. This is another brazen unconstitutional act,” Levin wrote, in a thread that’s starting to gain some attention online.

“Here’s what Mitch McConnell and the Senate Republicans must do in response: The Senate has the sole power under the Constitution to adjudicate an impeachment. Therefore, Pelosi is attempting to obstruct the Senate’s power to act on its constitutional authority,” the Fox News host continued.

“McConnell should immediately put an end to this and declare the impeachment null and void as the speaker has failed to complete the impeachment process by timely sending it to the Senate for adjudication,” Levin added.

“McConnell has no less authority to unilaterally make such a decision than Pelosi does to withhold the administrative notification of an impeachment to the Senate either indefinitely or [with] conditions,” he concluded. “Her effort to cripple the presidency [and] blackmail the Senate must be defeated.”

Quit posting bullshit partisan opinions and show us where it is stated that Articles of Impeachment must be delivered within a defined period of time for an impeachment to be Constitutional.

Listen dummy, you said "no constitutional lawyer agrees with you," I gave you two very well known such lawyers who do, and I'm too busy to look up another several who do as well.

And I’m way too busy to list the thousands who disagree. And the fact is he remains IMPEACHED. So your and Dershowitz’s fucking opinions are completely irrelevant and worthless.

Surrender post!!!

:rolleyes::):D

So, the thesis of this thread is that Impeached President Trump keeps on winning:

Someone has already pointed out that Mexico has not coughed up money to actually pay for the idiot's wall.

Obamacare has not been replaced-- it has only been eroded. "Day One" promise.

Hillary has not been jailed, as was chanted at every Trump rally.

"Endless" wars in the Middle East have just been stoked again, this time with state-sponsored assassination.

America has gone much deeper into debt. The next crash will not be "bailable". Woe unto whomever happens to be President, not if it happens, but when it happens.

By trashing the environment, Trump is ripping off the interests of future generations to promote a stock market boost in the short term. A generational divide is building.

Trump has stoked divisions in this country more than any President in history, except for perhaps Andrew Johnson. Both Trump and Johnson were the only Presidents to be impeached during their first term.
-----------------------
Only a Deplorable would call this so much winning.

Orange Man bad? Yes. The irrational people are the ones denying this reality.

The ass (your ass) grinding fact remains, those were two legal opinions that prove you to be, as always, forever wrong.:D

The upcoming (completely constitutional) trial suggests otherwise.:D

Yep, winning in court, winning on the economic front, winning on the foreign policy front, winning against the Deep State.

Someone has already pointed out that Mexico has not coughed up money to actually pay for the idiot's wall.
They're coughing it up now managing the cost of all the Third World derelicts they allowed to trespass across their country in order to invade ours.

Obamacare has not been replaced-- it has only been eroded. "Day One" promise.

Another big win for American free enterprise and the freedom to choose.

Hillary has not been jailed, as was chanted at every Trump rally.

Yes, but her foundation is under federal investigation, her email case is being reexamined, and she's been effectively politically spayed.

"Endless" wars in the Middle East have just been stoked again, this time with state-sponsored assassination.
No they haven't we didn't go to war. Trump stopped a war by exposing Iran as a paper tiger.

America has gone much deeper into debt. The next crash will not be "bailable". Woe unto whomever happens to be President, not if it happens, but when it happens.

Democrats hold the House where all money and tax bills originate.

By trashing the environment, Trump is ripping off the interests of future generations to promote a stock market boost in the short term. A generational divide is building.

Trump hasn't trashed the environment. He trashed the anti-capitalist Marxists populating the EPA and their plan to shut down the economy through freedom crushing regulations having little to do with protecting the environment and more to do with a federal takeover of the American economy.

Trump has stoked divisions in this country more than any President in history, except for perhaps Andrew Johnson. Both Trump and Johnson were the only Presidents to be impeached during their first term.

Yes Trump pissed off the Deep State as promised and interrupted their plans to end federalism and impose globalism against the will of the American people. Like Johnson, he won't be removed from office by the Senate. So another Democrat plan down the shitter.

Only a Deplorable would call this so much winning.

Only a TDS infected CoatiClown would fail to recognize Trump's successes.

Orange Man bad? Yes. The irrational people are the ones denying this reality.

Says the most irrational among us.
