I think the court is wrong.
I also think the extreme vetting Trump and most Americans want can be accomplished without any particular order. We do have borders and they should be enforced. If someone, refugee or not, wants in and can't prove some specifics, turn him away.

I wonder how many posters on these travel ban threads understand the vetting process that was in place and carried out for those seeking refugee status before Trump was elected.

And... Who can tell me what additional elements are being added to this vetting process by Trump that makes it extreme vetting
