Just like what happened to his fixer who went to jail and spilled the beans on this criminal Donald J. Duckfuck, Weisselberg will now also spill the beans. The reality of a long jail term often knocks sense into the criminals.

Guess who is next...I'll give you one guess.

Just a matter of time.
Criminals go to jail in this country.
Bye, bye Donnie!

Well, we don't know he has any beans to spill -- that is, we don't know what Donald knew about what the Organization was up to.

Won't make any difference. But the good news...when August comes he can make it all go away.

I don't think so. Weisselberg has deep loyalty going back to Donald's father. I think everything he's done in life once Donald's father brought him in was to serve the Trumps and I think that chances are better he will continue doing that to death than that he'll turn on them. I hope it's otherwise, but I think this is the wrong person to count on flipping.

Yes, he is a super clever criminal. Never emails, never in writing...has all his subordinates sign for him, has no qualms about seeing all around him go to jail or worse...a super clever narcissist psycho!

In fact this is typical of all senior level white collar crime. The boss tells the underling. The underling sends emails, memos, instructions etc to numerous lesser folk, thus creating a paper trail. When the law convicts the underlings and lesser folk the boss denies all knowledge and walks away.

Where it will hurt for Trump is that the organization will have to pay back taxes and penalties.

Wiesselberg is being pinned down for more than half of his compensation being in unclaimed perks. Ivanka is already under scrutiny for the same tax-avoidance compensation scheme from the family business. So, how was Donald Trump's family business compensation structured?

In the "just how stupid could they be?" realm, it seems that, while carefully fudging the money trail in official tax documentation, the Trump business kept secret, accurate books on where the hidden compensation money went, and the prosecutors have these books too. If you're going to go to the trouble of falsifying where the money goes . . .

The traitor in chief was such a corrupt penny pinching control freak that he didn't trust anybody, hence the "secret" ledgers.

The chump got played by pranksters who sent out refund checks for ridiculously low sums of money to "rich" people to see who would actually cash them. The traitor in chief cashed them every time.

SAD!!!

That sounds exactly how Cosa Nostra operates -- or did, before the RICO Act made it possible to nail the bosses.

According to the twice impeached former president himself he knew everything that was going on his companies. This is backed up by the executives who have spilled. Nobody farted in Trumpland without approval from the stable genius in charge.

weisselberg to be sentenced for 15 years of multi-million dollar crime... 'has agreed to serve 100 days'. how very magnanimous of him. ffs.
He pleaded guilty "to put an end to this case and the years-long legal and personal nightmares it has caused for him and his family," his attorney, Nicholas Gravante, said at the time.

"Rather than risk the possibility of 15 years in prison, he has agreed to serve 100 days. We are glad to have this behind him," Gravante said.
can you imagine the faces of the judges/juries if a regular conman facing similar charges (15 years of perpetuated crime involving a large sum of money) 'agreed' to serve just 100 days out of a potential 15 year sentence?

You could find these violations in almost every organization. How many employees take a company car home but don't claim it on their taxes? Or a lunch provided by the company. All those are considered "Income" and the value is taxable.

The bigger the organization, the bigger the percs. But - the law is the law and the IRS doesn't play when they want your ass.
