Because, unlike his tax returns which the government can't turn over except to select committees of Congress, the con artist would have seen fit to use this information to go after illegals, not simply count them.

When we're getting Federal money to one of these Sanctuary cities I think it'll be useful informative and relevant to explain we're sending X number of dollars to this city because they've chosen to Harbor X number of illegal aliens.

When the voting tally in California adds up to more than can reasonably expect be expected from citizens alone but make sense when you consider the entire group of citizens and non-citizens alike that won't tell you which non-citizens voted but it'll give you a pretty good idea from a statistical analysis point of view exactly how many f****** votes the Democrats got through voter fraud.
