TRUE Stories

I am an advocate of reading/writing true erotic stories, especially those that involve what I call "erotic jealousy." Somewhere, sometime in all of our lives someone has cheated on us, whether we knew it or not. If you found out, at the time, it was probably an infuriating experience, whether the SO confessed or you caught them. But strangely, as time passes I have found (and others have agreed with me) that these experiences take on an erotic quality. This seems to happen more to men who have had wives/GFs cheat on them, than women who have caught their mate cheating.

In any case, if you are looking for something to write about, write about the time you found out your SO was cheating. Who was he/she doing it with? How did they get away with it? How did they finally get caught. Why did they cheat in first place? How did you feel when you finally found out? How do you feel about it now? No need to embelish the details of such an experience; what really happened will carry all the impact of your story. It might also serve to bring closure to a nasty part of your life -- and again, you might be surprised how much it turns you on to write about it.

I am a professional writer. I know writing fiction can be extremely difficult because it's what I do for a living. But what helped me get started in the world of writing fiction was writing non-fiction first. (First on a newspaper, and then, my first two books were non-fiction. The next 28 were novels.)

So, in conclusion, let's see some True Erotic Jealousy Stories.

Call me crazy...

But I feel the vast majority who has been cheated on "did NOT like it". I'm feeling, to them, it was and is NOT "erotic", and therefore would not come out as an erotic story.

I know, from personal experience, that I would NOT write an "erotic" story about any man who has ever cheated on me. I'd prefer for those bastards to burn...

I agree, in real life, there is little that is less erotic than someone cheating on another they are "committed" to. However for me a well written story about seduction, that shows the inner conflict of the characters and the loss of control can be erotic. I also find it more believable than the "husband finds out, gets turned on and joins" variety.

I think that this scenario exists only in fantasy. I, for one, would KILL my S.O. if he were caught cheating. Then, after the funeral, if I started thinking about it...then, and only then, might I find it "erotic" -- but probably not. The very idea of one of my ex's cheating on me makes my blood boil.

Take it from someone who's been there ... even after years go by, thinking about that cheating bitch who shivved you doesn't make you hot and bothered in a good way. I've written hot cuckold stories, but I can say I don't like them. I've even written stories loosely based on my past situation. I made a few of my buddies right worried about me. They wanted to know why I hated women so much. Even though the tales featured no violence, all of the anger, bitterness and hatred shone through with each word. I don't hate women, but I hated what that woman did to me. In the text that differentiation doesn't come through.

Know what? It wasn't in any way theraputic. It was just dredging up muck from the bottom of the pond once again. I'd rather let the silt settle, and to keep my pool clear and unmuddied.

All that to say that I'll keep my fantasies fictional, and based on topics that intrigue and arouse me. There's enough pain in real life.

I agree.

well I did say...

well, I did say that women probably wouldn't like the idea. As for writing "hot cuckold stories," but not liking them, or scaring friends with hatred for women on the page, perhaps a quick breeze through somethiong Freud wrote might help.

1- I'm a guy.

2- Studied him and many others while in school. I don't think it is an illness not to be sexually aroused by the memories of a loved one cheating on you, or to feel anger about those events. Do you?

It seems, if there was an "illness" to be had here, the ones who were aroused by the memory of a cheating EX (why are they an ex if it turns you on?) would have it.

I second that

Both, I'm interested in people who actually make it into the writing business. I hear it's pretty difficult. Is it alot of pressure writing full time? I can baraly write part-time.:D

For me, cheating is too painful to be erotic, unless it's a threesome or something. But somehow, I could never feel turned on when I find out that I've been betrayed.

It may just be me . . .

The threesome I had with my current boyfriend was traumatizing, even. So many emotions are involved when you see or hear about your S.O. f**king another person. It really gets to you. I agree, Mona, I don't think it's erotic at all.

PS - I know I still write a little bit of erotica about it, but that is fiction, and just like the rape stories, I wouldnt' wish it on anyone.

I would love to read your outline. I love Romance. In fact, it's my favourite. I write in other genres (like group sex) for entertainment, but that's it. I really believe that romance is the best. I hope to post some stories soon, but I'm reviewing them for submission.

If I can conjure up some staying power, I would write one as well, but being a student is sucking the life out of me.:(

I don't get what people like about non-consent stories. I agree with you Chicklet, rape stories are just not appealing.

The novel I just finished a rough draft of is a romance novel, but sort of main stream. Just 'cause, I'll e-mail you a copy before I go home. You don't have to read it if you don't want to, but if you do, I would love to know what you would like to see changed. :)

dangit I wish I'd seen that before you left! I AM interested!!!!!

well...redux

...well there must be some reason for all the stories in Loving Wives about swapping, cheating, sharing and so on. I was just saying I wish people would write about their true experiences in that area.

How do you know that those same stories over in L.W. aren't based on actual events and emotions? Perhaps you've already received that which you seek.

some probably are...

...some probably are, but very few. There are certain code words and phrases that pop up in just about every "true" wife cheating/sharing story that mark it as being fake. Most notably, and not to be impolite, the oft-used claim that hubby goes in for sloppy seconds after a stranger has ejacuated into his wife, or that hubby licks the cum from said stranger as it oozes out, etc etc. In these days of deadly STDs, do you know anyone in their right mind who would do such a thing? I don't. Yet those supposedly true stories over in Loving Wives are filled with some variation of that supposed act. It's a cliche. What I've been advocating is simply this: real wife cheating/sharing stories contain unique examples of male-female interactions, and I find those infinitely more interesting, than the claim that some guy fucked his wife's cum-filled pussy. For example, I know that on two occasions, SO's of mine cheated on me, in one case, with a very good friend of mine. How was I sure? Well, I had suspected her and him, as they'd been getting chummy. But he was notoriously cheap as well. The three of us were sitting in a McDonalds (we were all starving college students at the time) and after finishing our Big Macs, my friend gives me $5 and suggest I go buy three more. His action was so unlike him I realized almost right away that he was just getting rid of me so he could talk to her, and sure enough, that weekend they both "were out of town." It didn't really bother me then because I didn't love her, and there was an erotic element to it then and even now, though it happened quite a while ago. Again, writing fiction is great -- but the truth is always more interesting. As I said before, and I'm not bragging here, but I've had a number of books published and no way no how could I have ever dreamed up what happened for real in that McDonalds.

Keep in mind....!

Fantasy is NOT always reality. And, swinging is NOT cheating!
