When following, some tell-tale signs like the car weaving more or less subtly (hopefully) within its lane, or when you see what looks like a human head moving in an arc and disappearing behind a headrest, or from the headrest down toward the driver. Saw that a few times, wife asking me what the problem could be with that driver...
