I have been on LitChat for many years under different names. Only changing my name because Lit kept saying either my password or name was invalid. Well it is doing it again and this time I don't wish to change my name again. I have tried going in and changing my password and still I get invalid sign. When I am on chat which I can still get into, I have no profile against my name. Try as I might I can't get into it. The page for updating old profiles won't work. I sent in a request for help yesterday, no response which is fair enough, as you could be busy, but I worry that help link may be broken too. I can see your technical side have had real struggles for a long time. It is not an easy job being invisible and only living in a world of complaints. Well I say well done for all your good work!

Want to get my profile updated and want to keep the RawSilk name rawsilk is fine too!
