I vaguely remember the story. Basic premise a human lady had been captured by non-human (?) overlords, or maybe it was that humanity was now being ruled by these other entities. Either way, as I recall she and her fellow slaves were used for sex and also food, but I think there was a way where they regrew whatever was taken. The part of the story I most recall, is that the main character was going to "retire" so she had a ceremonial walk to the main chamber where there was a table, and a few of the over lords (bullish, as I recall). She was systematically pulled apart while being given multiple orgasms before finally being killed/released from service. As it was written, she took pleasure from the entire experience, up to and including the final moment. Any ideas?
