You know what thread I am referring to or you wouldn't be reading this one.

When I see a thread by an unregistered person it takes a very compelling subject line to make me bother to look inside. I don't know from out here if that one is an attack, or a good humored joshing by some friend of lobito's (or himself) but I remain amazed that the Lit-collective doesn't ignore such things.

Why bounce such subject lines to the top? What gives?

Personally,its to show support.

Its not to answer the troll, nor to give it attention.

Think about it for a minute, someone is saying nasty things about you,and yes its been done to me,and no one comes to your defense?

Do you feel good about that? You dont. But it does feel good to read that others dont think the same.

If it is a farce done by the one being attacked,I dunno about what to do about that.

I just think it is very hurtful to read bad things about yourself.

Sometimes this drives me nuts too. But I can see how having SOMETHING to chat about is better than having nothing. I suppose it is like watching professional wrestling or Jerry Springer. We all know it is complete bullshit and a waste of brain activity to even be subjected to the stuff, yet people are compelled to view or participate in it.

We all read them, for whatever the reason. Mine is the pure entertainment, from the trolls and some of those that reply. I, for the most part, don't reply to trolls. If they don't feel the need to register, I don't feel they deserve the time of day. Of course, you can't ignore them all the time, sometimes you just have to say something. The thread that is being refered to here is one that should have died...it's ridiculous..Lobito doesn't need defending cause someone coward calls him an asshole..Lobito knows he has friends here and probably just rolled his eyes when he read it. I think, Lit as defenders, make more of the troll sometimes than the person being trolled. Just my opinion. :)

I don't really know lobito. All I know is he posts some funny-ass shit that I have seen and had the picture of the ass. And it truly is a fine ass.

But, I had once considered trolling myself, ya know "If You See riff SLAP HIM." Don't know if lobito did that are not.

Why am I here? I fucking hate threads like these unless its just a big joke.

Wait, I forgot- life is a joke.

I'll quit while I am ahead. Yall have a nice thread. :)

I haven't read everything said, except the first post, BUT, I personally find it more offending, that people keep bringing it up, and MORE offending than that, that people are saying it's ME trolling myself!

LO

Well, Lo, I'm sorry that I responded to it then, but I found it really annoying that the troll said some of the things it said. And no ,I definitely don't think it was you who did it.

Wait! Does this mean you don't like my new AV?

Lobito, tell me it isn't so!

I have finally reached a point where I can completely ignore derogatory threads initiated by "unregistered" trolls. I wish more people would let crap like that just die rather than wasting so much time with it. The troll must really be thrilled that his/her post has more viewings and comments than this "healthier" one!

I think Lobito is one of the more refreshing posters around!:rose:

If people want to come to a board members defense, it's kind of hard to stop them. After all, they mean well, and they show the troll is full of shit, too.

I think the consensus came out pretty much that lobito has a fine ass that many Lit women want to fondle, and is well liked and has a bunch of friends. The troll, however, has no friends and no ass at all, and has to fold up a bunch of McDonald's napkins in it's back pockets just to have something to sit on. That about sums it up.

Well then we should ignore this thread too right? Your amazed, yet you start another thread about the subject?

What amazes me is stupid threads that begat stupid threads that are a waist of time for all regular Lit readers.

Lobito is ok and he shouldn't have to even think about justifying such remarks as "He's trolling himself". Bull shit...I don't believe it and thats that.

Want to stop bumping this kind of thread to the top? WELL THEN stop starting them.........Have a nice day

Ok, I have spent all day wanting to reply to the troll thread regarding Lobito. He is after all my friend both on and off the boards. Knee jerk reactions were to say some not so nice things about 'unregistered.' But, I never gave in hoping the thread would die.
People who troll feed on attention. Whether it is positive or negative....makes no difference. Why give them what they want?

Because some of us want to.

This is not the kind of thread I want to stop bumping to the top, particularly since doing so bumps the other one lower down.

I full well understand the urge to come to somebody's defense, it's part of my nature, which in turn is part of why I adopted the name.

I don't figure Lobito to troll himself - my point was I don't know because I never so much as opened the thread in the first place. He's not that kind of guy, IMHO, and he's secure enough that he can ignore the thread.

Sure, you're each entitled to bump threads by your attention to them, just as is now happening with the jackass who picked a handle today. Because he is registered, I looked. He didn't earn a reply from me, he earned the #2 slot in my short ignore list. He wants attention, I choose to allude to him but not respond, he's not worthy of it, he's a troll with a name.
