S -cone (right way) versus Scon (wrong way) ;) debate. :p


Of course it's 'Scon'... if you pronounce it to rhyme with 'stone' it makes you sound like Hyacinth Bucket...

not in my accent, love. I sound dead posh if I say scon but right when I say scone.

you don't say an ice cream con do you? no, it's a cone. s-cone! :p

Knickers: short pants gathered just below the knees; very similar to plus-fours
My husband wears his golfing occasionally.

I'd look up the real definition, but I'm a little lazy this morning.
