Troll baiting

Two questions.

1. Has anybody written a story (or know of a story) about a troll doing their 1-bomb thing and using real examples of their pc's? I saw a couple stroies about trolls, but not this spin.

2. Has anybody written a story (or know of one) that was done to intentionally get nasty pc's? I wrote one that I'm going to submit to Loving Wives and see how many I get just for fun. I plan to turn off voting though and resubmit in a more appropriate category later. Actually, I hope turning off voting makes them even madder.

Do you mean turn off voting AND allow public comments? Just hope you don't get spillover troll action.

Hmmm. Good point. I hadn't thought of that. But now that you mention it I do recall authors on other threads saying trolls systematically bombed their stories. I don't want to turn off voting on my other stories so...well, guess I'll have to think about it a little more. Thanks, for mentioning it before I hit "submit."

Do let us know how it pans out. Frothing trolls amuse me no end, though I've yet to have a personal encounter.

My last entry, the Robbie the Robot as the Christ story, was written with expectation of hate mail and negative comments - but finished with only one or two.

OMG - funny! I just started an idea like this in my thread on Loving Wives. I'm hoping others will join me in a mass troll-baiting experiment.
