I've tried to find it but I believe it was deleted, but would love to find the author if possible and do some wayback archive shenanigans.
By what I recall of this story, it had multiple chapters, the triplets in question consist of one male and two females, all were given up for adoption.
The male triplet is a gamer streamer and owns his own vehicle that allowed him to drive and stream. He found out about his adoption after his adoptive father died, he's always had feelings for his step-mother but didn't act on them. He set out to find his siblings and mother, with the promise from the adoptive mother if he was successful then she would have sex with him.
He met up with one of his sisters, he found out they were related after a one night stand, she joined up and he taught her how to stream and she even got her own profile and gained many followers.
Their other sister they found was homeless and was wild, she was skeptical and even stole from them and left, only for them to find her and they forgave her (they all eventually had sex with each other).
They traveled and eventually found their mother, who worked at a bar and was drunk/wasted. The one vivid thing that always stood out (don't ask why....) was their mother placed a kiss on the male MC, mistaking him for her brother, and then proceeded to puke in his mouth.
The next day she sobered up and found out that the three children in front of her were hers. They made their way back to male MC's adopted mother's house, there the male MC finally had sex with his adoptive mother (with help from male MC's birth mother)
The "recent" chapter that was published ended with the birth mother inviting her brother over to the house.
By what I remember of the "when" this story was published, i'm fair certain it was about 2019-2021.
