Anyone that votes for that lying, egotistical, sexist, hypocritical, bigot - has a lot in common with him. And probably more that one negative trait.

Planning in advance to send in the lawyers alone makes him unfit, among the myriad other flaws and failures as a businessman, statesman and human being.

As I've been saying, this becomes a concern only if the race is a lot closer than it currently looks like it's going to be. The federal courts are not going to intervene in multiple states to hand Trump the election.

If it looks like Biden is going to win, I think the mostly Republican federal judiciary is going to be very conciliatory in an attempt to lull Democrats to sleep and get them thinking, "OK, maybe this won't be so bad after all, and we can leave the courts and the Voting Rights Act as they are for now."
