Edit: Involuntary cohabitants

I have decided to change my story a little bit, and the two women will be the main characters. They'll still be polar opposites in personality and are not comfortable with sharing the summer house, but they need to do so for a little while. What are some of the conflicts they will have, and what are some of the main issues that will annoy them with each other? I have some ideas, but I'd love to hear some suggestions.

This is how I imagine they look like.

Sort of a synopsis

Two women who, due to a misunderstanding, end up in the same summer house. They both expected to have it by themselves and are not very happy with the situation. What's worse, they are polar opposites in personalities and lifestyles. The first girl is obsessed with a healthy lifestyle, low carb diets and exercise, the other is YOLO and eats whatever she wants and prefers to relax in the sun.
They dislike each other more and more, but are also fascinated by each other. Though girl 1 early on is repulsed by the lifestyle and looks of girl 2, she starts to find her attractive and admires her YOLO-lifestyle, while girl 2 starts to find the model type body of girl 1 and her commitment. While the other is out of the house, they try each other clothes and fantasize about being the other and how they would attract men while being the others size. But they still act bitchy around each other.
I have a whole bit of them getting more hateful after a car crash: girl 1 doesn't want to wear glasses, and following the accident they end up in the hospital. Girl 1 is ordered to wear them all the time not to cause any more accidents. Girl 2 is put on a strict diet, (with diet pills) due to her excess weight and the tension between them grow because of this.
So, how do they go about humiliate each other the most and what other problems will they face? Any suggestions?

The skinny one is a slob, and the not-so-skinny one is a neat freak.
Then there's the obvious one: food consumption, and the food budget.

There are any number of conflicts that happen between roommates who don't know each other very well. Just think back to your college days, and you'll have a plethora.

Thanks! Food plays a central role obviously, I didn't really think about the budget. Since they end up sharing the house due to a misunderstanding, they won't have to pay any rent as long as they must live together, so they won't share expenses on food. Naturally, their "diets" are very different too - they'd refuse to eat what the other one is eating.

I'm fine with my second act, and know how the third will go, but I still have problems with the first act and how these two will act around each other the first few days living together.
Should I go with the obvious? Snarky comments on different lifestyles? Or should I just let them keep their thoughts for themselves?
What would be the most humiliating for the one to do/say to the other, and vice versa?
