Short answer, no, not right here, not in public.

The most trouble you may likely get into here however may be limited by a rejection of a story submission or perhaps a forum ban at worst. Well, it may or not be possible to invalidate such assumptions by exposing something truly extreme insistently enough.

If there's anything even vaguely sexual or nudity involving before 18 it ostensibly can't be published on this site. The rules as stated and enforced at this time are extremely zealous in this regard, even if enforcement may not be uniform or even logical, and historical examples may not be representative.

And yes, very limiting, to not say hostile, for many true life stories because of that, especially where cultural differences from anglophone Victorian norms are evident. Extensive artful editing may or not be possible, at risk of making everyone extremely infantile and the story turned stupid or even absurd. It's also at least partially why I haven't written and published anything myself yet either, some of the stories I may be most willing to tell aren't publishable uncrippled.

But it's erroneous to think it's directly law related, it's not. It's private business enforcement of arbitrary rules, oftentimes due to collateral and network effects that may or not make sense.

This isn't the only and end all story site either, only the most visited, and very sex focused. For a life story there might be better options, frankly. Some of those may or may not have more lenient limitations too, although the true "anything goes" may not have survived at this troubling time, or be safe to interact with. Last but not least, it still should be possible to self publish, at very least in majority of United States, ostensibly.

However, you probably may want to check the applicable laws at your location of residence instead and history of their enforcement in regards of written word specifically (with often is more important than the law itself as written) and then make decisions about risk level you are willing to tolerate and what tools of mitigation might or not be available.

Modify it so ages are over 18 and don't reference any underage sex. Keep the truth of your story, just change the details.

I've said this before. Go to another site with lower age limits. Send me a PM and I can refer you to at least two. What age were you considering?

You will not get into "trouble" here per se. Your story will simply be rejected. Also, a bit of friendly advice: it the story has errors in spelling and punctuation as in your post (the latter is completely missing), your story will be rejected for that as well. Get someone to edit it if you don't wish to do it yourself.

Besides the underage bit, you can't tell "true" stories anyway -

Or, at least, you can't present them as "true" or "real life" in the title, shortdesc or tags.

Inside the text of the story, I gather that it's OK to have a fourth-wall breaking statement that it's a true tale.

You can tell true stories in the Reviews and Essays section, or at least I've done it. Usually those haven't been sexually explicit in describing anything I or anybody I knew did. https://classic.literotica.com/s/viewing-my-first-porn-movie is true, but it's about a film, not reality. The most significant thing about it is that the student senate at my college paid for "movie nights" like that one with student "activity fees" that were mandatory payments. I doubt that such a thing would be possible at a college nowadays. Too many people might be offended.

What I referred to doesn't depend on what section the story's in, though I'd agree that Reviews and Essays isn't fiction at all.

Thirteenth bullet under "we DO NOT publish" states:
Works professed to be true about real people in the title, tags, and/or description. You can use “true” within the body of a story as part of your fictional storytelling. This policy is to protect authors as well as third parties.

I can see that it would take some finesse to get a description of a sexual encounter into Reviews and Essays. Another site simply has a True Stories category and let's the real tales (supposedly true, anyway) rip.

write around it, Sammy. Just mention in another post that a phrase like "still quite young" would actually mean a bit younger than that... just no numbers... etc

In the internet's Wild West days there was a sense of anything goes. I get a feeling that it wasn't just a lack of regulation, it was a reflection of the time too. Some justification for allowing distasteful content, taking the example of the US, was free speech laws - if you allow free speech, then be prepared to hear some things you don't like.

Someone has pointed out that there are places where you can still post underage fiction on the normal (not dark) web, and I guess it's possible if you look hard enough, but I'd imagine a site that allows "true underage stories" would be a no-no.

Bigger discussion - the western world has gone through periods of regulation/puritanism and free-for-all, and right now we appear to be in a time of the former. Who's to say that we won't revert to a period of the latter some time in the (near?) future.
