Traumatised sister beats up brother in her sleep

I've tried everything to find this one:

Older sister, traumatized by loss of her husband, moves in with brother. They cuddle, and while asleep she tried to get frisky, thinking he's her departed husband. He tries to refuse, she slugs him senseless and has her way. Told over several nights, pregnancy risk too, as I recall.

It should be easy to find again, but damned if I can. Anyone know it? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hard to find because it was in non-con, not incest and the tags don't include brother, sister, step-sister or anything like that.
