Just thinking of the difference in sexual words used in different countries. In the UK the work 'wanker' means somebody who 'jerks off' as you Yanks would say. I can remember being at my grans years ago and a man on the 6 million dollar man was called Mr Wanker, oh how I giggled as only a schoolboy can.

Others that come to mind

Fanny is a pussy
You say ass we say arse or bum (not quite so sexy is it!)
Fag is a cigarette (make sure you never ask for a fag in a bar!)

This is a great topic fubar. In the course of my travels over the years I've been collecting unique phrases, slang and colloquialisms dealing with sexual topics. Here are just a few that I've heard while traveling 'Down Under' or in the UK.

for 'fuck' or 'screw' or 'have sex': 'scrape', 'spear the bearded clam';

for having sex with many partners: 'so busy I've had to put a man on to help';

for a gay man: 'shirt lifter';

for a prostitute: 'KP' or for a part timer 'charity moll';

prostitution: 'hawking one's fork';

pimp: 'hoon';

There are many others of course, but I don't want to hog this thread. It would be interesting to see what others come up with

Now if you want slang from NYC then I can help you... growing up in that area I have a million of them here are a few:

Bust a Nut: To ejaculate
Freak: used as a verb means to Fuck - if it is used as a noun, it would be used to describe a sexually aggressive woman
Jammy: Penis
Jimmy: Condom
Coochie: pussy
Dig Out: used as a verb meaning to have sex
DSL: dick sucking lips
Nappy dugout: Vagina
Nutt: Good Sex

Ok...I have one...and I think this is a midwest thing (or could it be a thing that only I hear?)

When someone says they want sex, they will generally go back on it when the time comes. They will either not show up, not call back, or just ignore you for two days. Then, the process begins again. Quite refreshing when you feel like you can't get enough of the 16 year old mentality
