Transexual Domme story idea

I was thinking of writing a story about a transexual, transvestite, female Domme. She would dress and act like a man, but is heterosexual. She would have a male sub that she likes to humiliate (telling him he's a fag because he likes her strap-on etc.). Then she would come across a gene therapy that can turn her into a man, and she takes it. The male sub would be reluctant at first now that she is a real man, but eventually comes to like it.
