Background: I’m 18 months HRT, and my body, face, everything have completely transformed.

I have recently started… leaking.

All day.

And night.

Just wet all the time.

I haven’t worn underwear since college, and I hate it. I can’t think straight wearing underwear. I had to buy panties and get panty liners so the wet doesn’t show up on my shorts and pants…

Any other girls find this happening to them? When did it start? Does it go away?

I appreciate the feedback.

24 months HRT, I haven't had this happen at all in my transition. If this was happening to me I'd def talk to my doc.
Good luck!
Keep in mind, just because it hasn't happened to me doesn't mean much. Transition is highly variable and personal.

Thank you! I've read about it happening, but it seems to be rare. I know the post-op, a neovagina does sometime develop mucus glands, though never at the level of an AFAB. I'm wondering if there's some signaling going on there.

But yeah, I've already flagged my HRT provider, thank you.

I am interested in your predicament but I have nothing to offer. My girlfriend has never done HRT.
