trans students are always more at risk, especially in bathrooms, than the cis-gendered as they are a clear and easy target for aggression by any bully plus those who've been brought up to believe them a threat to "regular" people.

it's horrific, terribly sad, and for anyone with trans kids a confirmation of how at risk their kids are.

"Died unexpectedly' is an attention getting use of language in a headline. Sounds like the reporter and media outlet are using Spin Talk.

OK State School Superintendent Ryan Walters basically dog-whistled the faithful to beat up trannies last summer, make 'em conform to 'accepted normals'.

This guy may be one of the few people in America more transphobic than you RightGuide.

That ^ is eerily similar to when the corrupt orange traitor encouraged law enforcement officers to be rough with handcuffed individuals in custody, and then Derek Chauvin did EXACTLY that.

🤬

Fascists gonna fascist. Jackboots gonna jackboot.

🤬

It's a term used by emergency services when people die other than 'expected', e.g. in hospital being treated for cancer. There are subcategories, like suspicious or non-suspicious. Back in the day they used 'sudden death' which didn't really cover for when people died slowly.

So if someone has a coronary whilst driving, they die 'unexpectedly non-suspicious'.

Nonbinary Teen Nex Benedict Beaten To Death In Oklahoma School Bathroom

TodayAccording to eyewitness accounts, three older girls were involved in beating Nex Benedict in the school bathroom. The violence escalated to a point where one of the assailants repeatedly slammed Nex's head against the floor. A teacher intervened and broke up the assault, but the aftermath revealed the severity of the injuries sustained by Nex.

Then the term is lingo or technical language. The use in a media or journalistic format stinks. Everyone has gotten a laugh out of terms like 'military intelligence'. George Carlin made a career out of word use.

There are accepted journalistical [???] ways of saying the same thing.Using the term in a headline is wrong.

I don't get it. Someone died after being beaten in a bathroom and none of you can't figure out that your dam fucked up attitudes are what caused it?

Someone fucking died. Trans, gay, cis, whatever, someone fucking died and NONE OF YOU fucking care unless its to use that death for your own sick purposes just to point fingers at each other.

Get over yourselves.

You get it perfectly. Someone died. You and people like you caused it. Our attitudes would have prevented it had you joined us. The thing is you want these people dead. Fingers very, very much should be pointed in situations like this and no not all deaths are created equal.

Trans Lives Matter. Say it with me now.

Not all lives matter, not today. Yes people were shot today. They overdosed. They were in car accidents. They committed suicide. With the rain in California someone drowned. I haven't heard anything but we're not used to this bullshit.

Today is very specifically about that individual.
