Been a while.

Now long in the tooth and more gray in the beard, I decided it’s time to take one last stand against Father Time by hitting the gym...again.

This is where I track my progress. Until I’m annoyed or bored with it.

I know, I know, the level of sexiness is off the fucking charts...deal with it, ladies.

Start posting a lot. 100ish posts will get you an avatar. I can't remember if that's when you graduate from Virgin or not. I've been here too long to remember.
