Has anyone ever had any issues going through airport screening while having sex toys in your carry-on? Do they see this every day and think nothing of it? Or do they want to have a “closer look” and make it embarrassing for you? I want to take a toy with me and will likely only have carry-on.

TSA has bigger fish to fry.
We, as a couple, have taken an entire "toy bag" in our checked bags, as well as sometimes having a toy or two scattered among our other bags and, as far as we know, they have never been opened for inspection. We have TSA compliant locks with the "Open Alert Indicator" and they've never shown that the luggage has been opened.
Same with carry-ons. They've never raised an eyebrow and have certainly never drawn extra attention to us.
I sometimes think, "If only they knew", when checking our bags with a bellman but I suppose that they too have "seen it all".
