Hey, I'm all in favor of Alabama making it harder for those evil Canadians to come into our country and take our jobs (yes, Stephen, I'm talking about you!), but I am wondering about the crime noted here:
So how does this work? Is giving an illegal a ride across Alabama considered aiding and abetting a criminal, is that how they can make it into a crime? And what about buses? Or subways? What if I toss Stephen in the trunk or tie him to the hood?
Full story here.Alabama's governor on Thursday signed a tough new illegal immigration crackdown that contains provisions requiring public schools to determine students' immigration status and making it a crime to knowingly give an illegal immigrant a ride.
