Both of my sisters have birthdays in October...one on the 11th...one on the 12th. Thanksgiving is usually around those days.

Okay...you're right - it is the weekend before this year.
 
Id still like to see someone actually have a littogether at maybe a campgrounds or place where people could rent cabins and have a bonfire and stay over the night.

Instead of these endless meets at weird bars for jalapeno poppers and beer.

camping is actually a decent idea
however I don't camp
i'm kinda girly :(
