Game Over

Most of us already knew this ...it's common sense. But, dirt bag racist cops are entitled to a fair trial.

So, it's done as far a I'm concerned.

To not convict in this case would show systemic racism at its best. We shall see what happens next and if Mr. Floyd can actually get some justice way to little and too late for him.

All for $20 that the cops can't prove he knew was counterfeit.

Charming = not a race baiting leftist???

Yes...very. :D

LOL.....Luk makes up lies non-stop...claims he deals in facts.

I don't think laughing about someone's death gives you any sort of moral high ground, and is hardly an actual 'argument' - it's really just a bit gross.

It was clearly unnecessary to absolutely anyone who saw the tape and testimony to such was just building the blocks perfunctory.

Now it’s time to bring in the competing medical experts to see who has the most convincing scientific/medical explanation.

They’ll probably land on Floyd was in a weakened/vulnerable state and the knee to the neck was clearly intentional and finished him off so murder isn’t out of the question, but will probably work out to be manslaughter of some sort.

Who is laughing about anyone's death?

We're 2 posts in and you're already making up random shit.

If those medical professionals get up there and explain the toxicology report, and the symptoms of an opioid OD (Floyd was checking pretty much every box in the video) good chance one of them will consider that reasonable doubt for the murder charges.

MAYBE they might get him on manslaughter.

But that's unlikely due to the crowd/security circumstances, can't bring the ambulance in until the location is secure.

Been there done that in the military, it's uncomfortable as hell. Might injure or even break their neck if you're abusive or negligent....but short of that it's not going to shut your heart and lungs down.

You know what will do that???

A lethal dose of fentanyl........ like the one Floyd had in his system according tot he toxicology report. :)

And that jury is going to listen to at least one if not several medical experts/professionals testify to that.

That's some BEEFY reasonable doubt....12 people gonna have to be HARD BLM activist hacks, SJW hardcodes to look past and put a man in prison for murder for what is likely an OD.

That vile POS has admitted to being a "borderline sociopath".

Consider the source.

*nods*

Yup, I can turn the fee fee's off when I need to, especially when the facts don't justify/validate the fee fees.

So what??

He knew it wasn't accepted as legal tender by the store. They twice told him it was counterfeit and either to return the cigarettes or pay for them in acceptable money. He refused. Finding Chauvin guilty does not depend on finding Floyd innocent of everything.

No, but it does require proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

And that whole OD explanation and toxicology report is some pretty reasonable doubt.

"For OD'ing? He got the justice....LOL " ... unless your 'lol' means something different from when everyone else uses it.

No it's used the same way.

But I'm not laughing at the death, I'm laughing at the notion that there needs to be "justice" for an OD. It's fuckin' silly.

Easily casted doubt upon by a scared ME.

Look how the fucking barbarians of that shit hole act.

This is Minnesota, not Michigan. The governor is a Democrat, but also a white male, so there was no conspiracy to murder him.

Does this mean that good cops and bad cops can’t be buddies any more?

We'll see. No doubt that's the defense strategy, that he ODd and was a BAD man, but it looks like a long walk to get there.

LOL, not even an issue. What is an issue is that Chauvin didn't let up when a clearly subdued Floyd said he couldn't breath or to allow a paramedic to check vital stats.

Been there done that in the military, it's uncomfortable as hell. Might injure or even break their neck if you're abusive or negligent....but short of that it's not going to shut your heart and lungs down.

Except that has been is widely discredited by law enforcement experts because it can cause suffocation, so no, not just uncomfortable. And if you break their neck that risks spinal cord injury, so again no, not a benign technique.

You know what will do that???

According to one tox report. And what is a lethal dose...a number that kills mice, to the average person, to him, to Michael Jackson? That's going to get some attention.

But another autopsy report essentially said Chauvin was to blame, not the drugs, if I recall correctly.

That's some BEEFY reasonable doubt....12 people gonna have to be HARD BLM activist hacks, SJW hardcodes to look past and put a man in prison for murder for what is likely an OD.

Don't put your cart before the horse. It they get to guilty might just be average citizens using true common sense reading what evidence there is before their eyes.
