After the long hiatus, it was a show in keeping with it's heritage. Time will tell, but as with most things the show must go on and is always bigger even than Clarkson's belly.
It was fun.
It's good to have it back.

When did the Playground toilet back up and leak sewage into the GB?

Due to prevailing winds, I'd have to say the Atlantic is what's dumping sewage

It airs tonight here in the US. I'll check it out. I'm more excited about the Clarckson, Hammond, May show on Amazon this fall.

Top Gear existed before Clarkson, and it's his fault at the end of the day. If he'd done it in the States, it would have cost him more than a £100,000

You mean it was just another bland BBC stream of media effluent that failed, until it was bought by Clarkson and turned into what became known as Top Gear, and the BBC's #1 show & moneymaker. Clarkson later sold his personal 30% of the show rights back to the BBC for an undisclosed sum exceeding £$15Mil and a very lucrative contract.

So yeah, he wasn't crying very much when asked to leave.
