Title says it all: old guy recognizing that getting ignored, passed over or ghosted is just not worth it.

Hard enough getting old and going through life with a heart of a twenty year old and wrinkles that take you from “not bad” to “oh hell no”. You face that from the ladies on the street every day. But to add the anonymous internet to the list - just not worth it.

So the beach is calling. Hope you all have fun and stay safe - just not worth it - see ya’ll on the other side!

I can completely relate to this. I really don’t get why people aren’t just honest with each other, and would willingly invite or cause drama - for themselves or others! I spent two years keeping my distance from people, only to be burned once again, when I started decreasing that distance.

I’m going back to being a Lone Ranger.
