I'm going to get some shut-eye now, to be in shape for the Bg Test tomorrow - the one that (Insh-Allah!) will give me my ECDL (European Computer Drivers License).

Please, sweet, kind, lovely people - and preferebly all you others, too - keep your fingers crossed!:)

The answer is "76".

-"How many percent correct answers do you have to have on a test to pass the ECDL?"

Correct!

-"Tests", for 500, please...

The answer is "86, 90, 93, and 95".

-"How many percent correct answers did Svenska have on her tests?"

YES!!!

And in come the nanas...:nana: :nana: :nana: :nana:

Cool! Does this mean that you are a bona fide computer geek now?

Oh, and have a :nana:

Congratulations.

Did you do the test in Swedish, or English?

Whichever, your certificate is valid Europe-wide.

Next year you can take it in Serbo-Croat or Bulgarian.

Thank you, everyone!

I'm gonna celebrate this tomorrow, together with M. Too bad we can't go out for cake. She's pregnant, and keeps throwing up at the smell of food. I'm trying to talk her into wearing a clothes peg on her nose.

There just HAS to be cake, don't you agree? And if she's going to lose her food anyway, she might as well lose something that tasted good going down, right?

But try telling her that... pregnant women! No sense of humor! You try to make the best of a situation, and all you get is them vomiting on you... :D

Swedish. But the commands work the same way in ALL languages!:)

My teacher once installed Windows onto a french computer, with everything written in french, and he doesn't know a word of the language. The commands are just the same, and the buttons look the same, and are placed on the same place...

Tell that to my French friends who curse volubly when Windows gives them error messages in English. The easy-to-correct errors are in French. The blue screens of death and the fatal errors are in English.

Hrrmph. ;)

Grattis! Fantastiskt morsomt. I did those tests too this summer, but I didn't have your good scores. Ok, I passed, but only barely.

still not a geek,
-Lin
