Tomorrow will be good for this carnivore

I cleaned out the freezer this morning and because of this there is now a rather large glass bowl filled with two cleaned and sectioned rabbits swimming in a nice marinade.

This will be gently and lovingly placed in a Dutch Oven tomorrow and made into a traditional and overly wonderful meal called Hasenpfeffer. (Which will be served along with Potatoe Dumplings.)

Tomorrow evening by the end of dinner I shouldn't be able to move.

Sorry to be a pest about this, but Deutsche Potato Dumplings are Kartoffelklösse. (Yes, I had to look it up. I had three semesters of 'German' forced upon me in college and about all I ever remembered was 'ja,' 'nein, and 'scheisskopf.'

Actually, depending on which form of German you are using, (High or Low,) and which dialect it could also be Kartoffelknoedal. (Sorry I don't know how to get an Umlaut on my keyboard.)
